1 ½ lb. Fresh fillets
1/3C lemon juice
1/4C salad oil
2T grated onion
1/2t salt
dash pepper
2T Worcestershire sauce
3/4C cornflake crumbs
3/4C chopped macadamia nuts |

Cut fish into 6 pieces. Combine
lemon juice, salad oil, onion, seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over fresh fish. Let
stand for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease
a shallow baking pan. Mix
cornflake crumbs and chopped nuts.
Dip fish in crumb mixture. Place
in pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
