1/2t ginger, grated
1/4t pepper
4 chicken breast halves
Combine
the first 6 ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Add the chicken halves.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Place
in a single layer in baking dish. Bake
at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Baste
occasionally with the marinade. Serve
with rice. Serves 4. |
